This place is wonderful with a fantastic location and we plan on returning; it's a clean and impressive place to stay with friendly night staff, clean and bright rooms, comfortable beds, and smoke detectors.

the staff were kind, the breakfast was exceptionally nice and everything was great. the rooms were perfect and fantastic with a mini bar, central heating and an iron. as for me, the location was marvellous and convenient, short walk to with a useful shuttle service, the shopping center, and shopping centres and restaurants. had tea and goodies at cafe grill la luna, nestled 1 km of the hotel. free wi-fi was great and the service was fantastic.

Large and comfortable room at an excellent price.

The renovation in the day was a bit noisy. The workers did a good job to minimise the disturbance and it is due to be completed by Christmas 2012. I would still recommend the hotel and am going back myself in two weeks.

The location here is fantastic, and the facilities are perfect for a comfortable stay.

The refurbishment of the hotel just in time when we staid here. Poor breakfast. No restaurant available in hotel.

The location here is great, really close to the shopping center.

Price and location near my conference centre

If you want to stay near Madrid, this is a bit far - takes 50 minutes on the Metro, but the Metro is very efficient.

The hotel was inexpensive and had a shuttle to the airport which was very convenient but at a price per trip.

The hotel carpets were in need of changing. They had many dirty and soiled spots which were so embeded they could not be removed by simple cleaning, plus the odor of the hallways was as if they used perfume to camoflage the smell.

I thoroughly enjoyed being here. Everything was modern. - the restaurant was very convenient with an excellent menu. - I had excellent dishes. - the bathroom was luxurious. - the beds were comfy. - the location was unbeatable and nice, within easy walking distance of Parque Cementerio de la Paz.

The bathroom was clean with a proper shower, not one of those dreaded bath showers. The bed was firm and supported well. WiFi was free and stable.

Breakfast was below par for what was charged. All TV channels were in Spanish and no international English channels were available (i.e. CNN, Discovery etc.)

Prime and ideal location to De Madrid.

This place has a wonderful and comfortable location near a shopping center and a supermarket; the room is bright, spotless, with a walk-in shower, a great bed, and an excellent bathroom.

Got fairly quiet room with good space.

The queen room has excellent lighting, a jacuzzi, and a comfortable bed, making it a great choice.
